Cassie Pierce is a creative producer and performance curator who thrives where creativity, community, and logistics collide. With a passion for collaboration and a knack for turning big ideas into well-executed realities, she brings joy, strategy, and heart to every project she touches.
She is currently very busy working at The Met Opera as a telemarketer and doing odd dramaturgy and producing jobs around New York City. Currently, she is reading scripts at Red Yes Studio and seeing many plays in strange (and occasionally normal) spaces.
In addition to working in New York, she is the Co.Artistic Director of Co.Arts, where she helps shape the company’s artistic vision and supports the development of bold, collaborative new work in Oklahoma. Her artistic leadership blends creativity and clarity, making space for artists to take risks and audiences to engage deeply.
Her background spans programming, marketing, operations, producing, and creative direction, with experience in nonprofit organizations, startups, and ensemble-based theater companies. She holds a BFA in Drama with a minor in Arts Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!).
