Cassie Pierce is a hands-on, all-over-the-place theater maker who thrives at the intersection of art, community, and curiosity. She believes that work which challenges context and form has the power to bring us closer together.
Originally from Plano, Texas, Cassie fell into leadership and the arts early in life. She earned her BFA in Drama from the University of Oklahoma in 2024, with emphases in acting and dramaturgy, and went on to study abroad in Germany to further explore performance studies.
A self-proclaimed performance theory nerd, she champions theater as both an artistic discipline and a joyful excuse to gather with friends.
Cassie currently works full-time at Business Council for the Arts in Dallas, supporting creative connections across the corporate and cultural sectors. She also serves as Co-Artistic Director of Co.llective Arts Theater Co., where she continues to develop bold, collaborative work.
She has big plans—and even bigger questions.
