Cassie Pierce is a theater-maker, arts administrator, and programs powerhouse who thrives where creativity, community, and logistics collide. With a passion for collaboration and a knack for turning big ideas into well-executed realities, she brings joy, strategy, and heart to every project she touches.
She currently serves as the Programs Manager at the North Texas Business Council for the Arts, where she leads dynamic programs that connect the business community with transformative arts experiences. From planning and curation to communications and event production, she guides each initiative from concept to completion with care and precision.
In addition to her administrative work, she is the Co.Artistic Director of Co.Arts, where she helps shape the company’s artistic vision and supports the development of bold, collaborative new work. Her artistic leadership blends creativity and clarity, making space for artists to take risks and audiences to engage deeply.
Her background spans programming, marketing, operations, producing, and creative direction, with experience in nonprofit organizations, startups, and ensemble-based theater companies. She holds a BFA in Drama with a minor in Arts Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!).
